My Outbound AI Shouts to the Caller

Hello! One of my clients complained that the outbound ai caller seems like it shouted at him when he was talking into it. I have reviewed the call under logs, and I found that the volume/pitch of the AI's voice is too loud, and is overly energetic/enthusiastic -- to why it sounds like it always shouts. Could this be fixed through prompting (if yes, what should I put there to prevent that from happening)? If not, where should I configure it? @User
