Hi. I'm new to this. I would like some help if possible and thank you. I have a calling system with vapi and make. I want to make sure my system is aware of everything the customer says and approves it. For example, customer calls to cancel an appointment and claim their appointment is on Feb 12 at 1 pm. How do I make my system know if this is true or not before going on to the next step.
