amongst other things I use this for data ingestion. When a caller connects my system checks the phone number against the database and send a control message to say if the number has been identified to the system "CLIENT_IDENTIFIED", this does two things - instructs the prompt that when its received this state message use a particular section of the prompt. It also injects data using a separate message into the prompt as a user message that contains all the client data. The user message is important as system messages are not transcribed and i need this data.
