I successfully connected VAPI with Viceflow for the knowledge base, or via Make.com to retrieve info about property listings and calendar availability. But every time, when VAPI successfully retrieves information from Voiceflow or a webhook, the assistant remains silent until I ask a question again, or I just say something. Then the assistant replies with the retrieved information. Do you have an idea where could be a problem? I tried several assistants of function calls. In the screenshot there you can see a prompt to check the database of free property listings. The same goes for other functions like checking the calendar. I also tried checking the async setting for the tool/function, but this should be set correctly (see screenshot).
