Read their announcements - they are doing some changes with KB it will be minute until they have their new system up and running.

I actually found a way,you just have to connect your KB through API and thats it,not that complex.

set-up your knowledge base in trieve and use import API and than select that knowledge base , it will work normal API method did not work for me too

The KB UI has been temporarily removed to support a new provider. The dashboard interface will be updated to include the new provider by the start of next week. In the meantime, you can utilize the API to access the new provider’s KB functionality. Here are few links to setup KB:
