Vapi isn't working

Good evening, I hope you're doing well. I've been experiencing two issues with VAPI today: The call is set up correctly, but my assistant doesn’t seem to hear anything, so it doesn’t respond and eventually hangs up. I’m encountering a pipeline issue. How can I resolve these problems? I need VAPI to work as soon as possible. Thank you for your help.

Hey! To help track down this issue, could you share: - The call ID - When exactly this happened (the timestamp) - What response you expected to get - What response you actually got instead This would really help us figure out what went wrong!

I don't know If you got to fix the issue but, there was a problem with the connection with the transcriber called deepgram. I just changed the provider and It started working. However, I don't know if this is due a new actualization but Vapi is working weird lately with a lot of allucinations.

I have changed from deepgram to whisper using talkscribe and it is better too. Even gladia is better
OK it was a brief respite apparently. We are back to the bot going deadf on me.

Change the transcriber to Azure, that worked for me perfectly

@Lola the issue isn't originating from us instead from transcriber we are the orchestration layer built with different providers.
