I'm trying to have assistant relay messages from the system prompt, but it doesn't seem to be reading the message after publishing. @Shubham Bajaj

Hey! To help track down this issue, could you share: - The call ID - When exactly this happened (the timestamp) - What response you expected to get - What response you actually got instead This would really help us figure out what went wrong!

Hi @Shraddha The call ID - 71884ff9-9adf-42ac-b484-823a35f201f9 When exactly this happened (the timestamp) - I don't have the exact timestamp it happened close to when the knowledge base transitioned to Trieve, 2 weeks ago. I was able to transition the files to Trieve, but the assistant will not refer to it. As a work around I just added key points to the system prompt to get it back up and running, since this account is associated to a business What response you expected to get - An example is the class schedule. The assistance should be returning class times and schedules as written What response you actually got instead - Assistant was returning incorrect times or not responding with a schedule at all.

@jflo75 We have recently added gemini based KB which you can check it over here https://discord.com/channels/1211482211119796234/1211483332496465962/1346588529492234240 It's best to use this, pretty fast to setup no hallucinations.

Thanks @Shubham Bajaj. I'm cautious to do since it may override the previous uploaded KB from trieve and what was now added to the system prompt

@jflo75 You’re right. Remove Trieve KB before using this new development. I suggest you try it; it’ll work for you. Let me know your thoughts.
