When exactly this happened (the timestamp)
- I don't have the exact timestamp it happened close to when the knowledge base transitioned to Trieve, 2 weeks ago. I was able to transition the files to Trieve, but the assistant will not refer to it. As a work around I just added key points to the system prompt to get it back up and running, since this account is associated to a business
What response you expected to get
- An example is the class schedule. The assistance should be returning class times and schedules as written
What response you actually got instead
- Assistant was returning incorrect times or not responding with a schedule at all.
