@Bia Energy If you delete the phone number, I can’t look into SIP-related logs and won’t know what went wrong. Please try again and don’t delete the phone number until the final investigation.

Yes I did all. But at the instruction page (https://docs.vapi.ai/telnyx) there is not API-key yet, so it is also different.

Hey Steve, you can use the dashboard to import your Telenyx numbers now. It's pretty quick and easy over there.
