I dont work for vapi but 1. yes, you can change this with the maxDurationSeconds setting 2. yes, its called tools inside the dashboard and you can instruct assistants to make API calls to 3rd party services 3. I think its on the roadmap but TBH its not really worth using vapi for this as you'd be paying a premium - all you need to do for text chat is hook up to an LLM, no need for anything else
