Workflow 'gather' step not working
# support
c
My workflow is built in Dutch. First step: SAY: greet the caller, ask if you can help them find a parking garage. 2nd step: GATHER: 'City' - the city where the caller wants to park, 'street' - the street where the caller wants to park. 3rd step: both variables get sent to a webhook endpoint. Running this flow will just stop after first step. She only does the initial greeting, then does not respond. No errors workflow.

could it be related to low confidence transcribing ? It seems that when an agent freezes with the call still running that this is most likely the cause
h
It seems like workflows are pretty similar to blocks, which did not have this issue. The UI was a bit different but it was basically the same idea
c
i changed my transcriber to azure, and now it seems to continue with the flow
h
I tried that, no luck. What does your condition look like? I am looking for a simple yes/no answer
s
@Headwai @cheezymcsquibble can you guys try again now, we have released new changes and all of your issues must be fixed by now.

I have this problem too. It cannot go to next step with simple answer like yes or no. The id is d0840bce-e3c2-4cff-b4f3-09435de5fa68. Can you please help?

@JerryIan can you please create a new #1211483291191083018 I don’t want your issue to be confused with others. I’m asking you to solve it precisely.
Here's what has happened: workflows mutli lingual gather issue. The value "Ja" is actually correct as it's Dutch! This isn't a data quality issue as initially suspected. The key issue appears to be: - Greeting works (SAY node) - GATHER node starts but requires multiple attempts - System might not be properly handling Dutch input cc: @cheezymcsquibble @Headwai @MoRaj
