02/26/2025, 5:41 PMI am having Vapi collect the user Full name, email and phone number. This is working great! Using that information I am passing it to a Make scenario that searches the provided email against our 3cx contact list. Even when a match is found by the Make request, that data does not seem to make it back to the assistant. It alway just says the failed response "I was not able to locate any records in our system". What am I doing wrong?
