does anyone know the reason for the assistant running the tool, getting the results, but not voicing the results until a human responds? For example "I'd like to book an appointment for tomorrow 3pm" -> AI runs booking tool , sees available slots, books slot -> Ai doesnt say anything -> "Hello?" -> AI : Yes! hi i've gone ahead and successfully booked in your appointment
