name is okay email also might be possible but wouldnt it be weird to ask for phone number on a phone call? like asking for email id on email or username on dms... the customers expect us to know the number as it is simply shown in a call...but if vapi ai is taking the call...then how do we extract the phone number and forward it to a tool like a make scenario?
