@Fil000 @bajacheebo I've seen your question regarding "not paying for unconnected or voicemail calls" above - when using ReTell or VAPI, that can't be done - the reasons are mostly financial, not technical. Think of it this way: 1. You initiate a call from with inside VAPI (or any other platform) 2. The call rings on the remote side while the backend side already sets up your agent 3. The call connects to a voicemail - the AI Voice Agent platform is being charged by Twilio (other) for the connected call - for a full minute 4. The call connects to a person - the person hangs up immediately - the call is being charged for a full minute 5. The call doesn't connect and fails - there should be no per-minute charges for the call, however, the AI has already done the setup work and will be charged for.
