Even if I use, for example, the Workflows feature that you have right there, there is a gathering information block. How it works, it still works badly whenever a user tries to dictate a phone number like a real human would, making pauses and slow dictation. Your system always interrupts by saying "you didn't spell the last 5 digits" - you should just wait a bit more during some cases like gather info!
