when calling the assistants it sometimes forwards the call to the other asisstant, sometimes not. We can't have this on production conversations.
When can we expect a fix?

@Derk @Andres @Sean J @Shahmeer for the immediate solution I will suggest using API to unblock you guys. Now i got the loom video and squadId let me check with the team.
@Derk please put a new support ticket for this issue, because it's not related to squad.

Seems, that it's working now correctly. I refreshed page, close-open browser, log out-login - it keeps squad structure now 👍

@Shubham Bajaj could it be true that for older assistants created before lets say 2 months ago can create issues, and for new assistents there are no issuies in the squadS?

As you can see on my screenshot, I created squad on 8th or March. Assistants on about the same time.

Currently it's showing correctly. I noticed that it displays correctly and broken alternately. I will clear the cache.

@Andres Thanks for the helpful video. The logs show it was an issue on our side, and it's been resolved. Let me know if you're experiencing the same issue. It was previously happening for you, due to a small dashboard production issue.

Currently, I'm not using squads actively, but I opened the same squad several times now, it shows correctly.
