Transcriptions were working very okay late last week to early this week but from yesterday it suddenly started capturing most characters wrong when a user spells out their email. What are possible causes for this? Or is this a bug?

- The call ID
- What response you expected to get
- What response you actually got instead
This would really help us figure out what went wrong!
