I have configured a Webhook towards my app for VAPI to collect name and e-mail of a user. I see in the webhook log that i get all the info, but the operator in the phone just says "i can't find that now". Also - I would like for it to trigger this tool directly when the call is initiated (right before the first initial message). Anyone that has solved this?
