Having an issue where everytime i request to make a 2PM reservation it says "sorry can only book reservations between 12 and 9PM even though I explicitly wrote in the prompt each available time slot to book a reservation: Hours: Open daily from 11:45 AM – 10 PM. Reservations can only be booked at these specific times: 12:00 PM 12:30 PM 1:00 PM 1:30 PM 2:00 PM 2:30 PM 3:00 PM 3:30 PM 4:00 PM 4:30 PM 5:00 PM 5:30 PM 6:00 PM 6:30 PM 7:00 PM 7:30 PM 8:00 PM 8:30 PM 9:00 PM. If a customer requests one of these times, proceed with booking. Do not question the validity of these times. If a customer requests a time outside of this list [9:30PM-11:30AM], say: "I’m sorry, but we only accept reservations between 12 PM and 9 PM. Would you like to choose a time within that range?" Additional Information (For Reference Only, Does Not Affect Reservations): Reservations are available from 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Meal periods do not affect reservation times). Lunch is served between 11:45 AM and 3:30 PM (For reference only, does not affect reservations). Dinner is served between 3:30 PM and 10:00 PM (For reference only, does not affect reservations). Happy Hour: 3:30 – 5:30 PM (Lite bites, $6 cocktails).
