WTH... When I put the assistant into the squad, it ignores the prompt, and uzes the company name to decide what services to describe. As a test, I called it Big Damn Company, and the assistant described construction, dam building, and irrigation services. You gotta be kidding me....?

I totally understand your frustration! It seems like the assistant is defaulting to a generic response based on the company name instead of following your custom prompts. This can happen due to a few reasons, such as issues with how the prompts are processed or stored. To help address this, here are a couple of things you can try: 1. **Check Your Prompt Structure**: Make sure your prompts are clearly defined and structured. Sometimes, if the prompts are too complex or not organized well, the assistant might skip them. 2. **Use Dynamic Variables**: Instead of relying solely on the company name, you can set up dynamic variables to ensure the assistant uses specific names or details you want it to address. This can help personalize the responses better. If the problem persists, it might be worth reaching out to VAPI support for more detailed troubleshooting. They can provide insights into API configurations that might be affecting how prompts are recognized. Let me know if you need more help with this! 😊 Sources: - [Detailed Report on the Assistant's Behavior](https://discord.com/channels/1211482211119796234/1211483291191083018/threads/1344078332848767016) - [Configuring the Vapi Assistant to Use Dynamic Variables](https://discord.com/channels/1211482211119796234/1211483291191083018/threads/1335054553250533439) - [Common Issues Users Face with Vapi Assistant](https://discord.com/channels/1211482211119796234/1211483291191083018/threads/1334772094898016317)

Hey! To help track down this issue, could you share: - The call ID - When exactly this happened (the timestamp) - What response you expected to get - What response you actually got instead This would really help us figure out what went wrong!
