Hello everyone, I’m having trouble configuring a bot to schedule appointments using a custom tool. The bot successfully calls my server, but regardless of the response it receives, it always replies that the requested date is available and that it will attempt to schedule the appointment—even when the server explicitly returns “date not available.” Additionally, since the latest UI update, I am unable to add properties to the tool (such as the user’s preferred date). This is preventing me from properly passing the required information. Has anyone else encountered this issue, or does anyone have suggestions on how to resolve it?
