03/08/2025, 3:29 PMLooks like VAPI completely removed that option, however its not longer necessary to manually set your variables/parameters on the tool itself, Now the Assistant, seems to automatically send the variables you define and instruct them to gather and sends them over based on your instructions to the tool/function that you have hooked up to it.
So the process is not automatic, and you variables should be automatically detected on your tools!
