While I agree they are exercising poor version control, try to remember that this platform is called VAPI for a reason, as it's a VOICE-API platform, that is API-first. So the fact that they have a UI is a luxury, and has attracted people who aren't quite developers, many of whom are a bit too harsh about the UI.
