congratulations we've been specially selected as scammers! signed-up almost a year ago, never had any issues, no outgoing calls, lots of testing, tried logging into dashboard this morning and suddenly it requires KYC, terrible user experience, maybe send an email or something rather than lock-out existing customers until the Veriff Sheriff can figure out who this "so called" customer really is 🤬

Just gathered some more information. Due to an influx of fraudulent calls across the platform, we've started partially rolling out KYC verification to some accounts.

Same just started happening to me, is there anyway to turn this requirement off at an account level? or should i start using a github/google login or will that force Veriff ID also? Most people are using this for business and to require individuals to share personal data to verify themselves so they can use a business tool, seems a step too far!
