While we love new updates, pushing them without testing is crazy. This new transcriber from 11labs not only DOES NOT WORK, you’ve setup an error so i can’t switch back. When i try it says “transcriber.property useNumerals should not exist” even though it appears and is disabled. <@865531204849500190> please help. This is not acceptable.

I was able to fix it by passing it as an override but still this is super frustrating.

I get this error all the time on the VAPI dashboard, so I can not edit any assistant or create a new one

at least i am not the only one. was going crazy cause this error message popped up out of nowhere

I fixed by passing an assistant override in the API call we use to actually make calls

Super excited when i see a new model or something to try, but lately they all suck

11labs does not work, anthropic is slow as shit, and Hume voice models are crap

Whats the point of adding stuff that doesn’t work?

i have cutomers waiting to get this fixed do you guys have an other example or do i need to write my own code and make my own server to fiks this

I changed the transcriber provider and the error went away

Just duplicate the assistant using the API and removing the numerals variable, worked for me

Totally understand your frustration and the team is aware / working on a fix that should be done late EOD today.

@Mason seems resolved…. But now the dashboard is not even opening? 🤦‍♂️

Also should be fixed we had a little bit of downtime but we're all good now.
