@kitten can you try another call with PlayHT 2.0 or 3.0 model? This issue is likely with the dialog model.

the dialog model has been having issues for me as well. Is this common and is there any update coming for it?

Hello VapiLLM, PlayDialog has a common issue with extending words. Unfortunately I haven't seen any information come out of PlayHT around fixing it.
