Hi Sahil, We've been experiencing a lot of uncertainties with vapi assistants. Below are a list of it; - The bot is not mentioning for example a dish, but instead describing it. - the bot can't even give real time information like the current president of America. - it give wrong information when we clearly have that in the files attached to it. We do not have such issues with other platforms, and the assitants are unstable to us. We have major hotel chains as clients to onboard and we are trying to use vapi as you guys have the multilingual bots. Please help if you can. this is urgent please help.

Have you thought about using a custom llm?

Try Anthropic, I always have the issue with OpenAI where it gives the description of the company but not its name...only Anthropic worked for me.
