We have a customer requesting to have all the VAPI processed data in a single region. We can host voice and LLM in a specific region; But what about VAPI?

@Alberto I know that Vapi has the ability to install an on-premise version of Vapi for their customers. If you take the on-premise version and connect to your LLM, ang Voice technologies, you can localise your data storage.
