I would like to request your assistance regarding an issue we are experiencing with VAPI. We are currently unable to generate a new phone number, even though the VAPI dashboard indicates that two phone numbers have already been generated. When attempting to generate a number with multiple area codes, we receive an error stating that the limit has been reached.
To resolve this, we have already tried increasing both the wallet credits and the Reserved Concurrency (Call Lines), but unfortunately, the issue persists. We would greatly appreciate any guidance or suggestions you can provide to help us troubleshoot and resolve this matter.
