Outbound calls with recordings or AI aren't quite legal; it's difficult to stay within the confines or legality, because business lines are now mostly cell phones, and when they're not, it's usually people answering the phones who you're trying to replace, lol, or you'll call places with menu systems requiring you to push buttons to talk to a human.
You can get sued thousands per violation and there are people out there literally hunting offenders for a paycheck. It's dicey. I built an auto-dialer and then learned about it so I haven't touched it or offered it to anybody.
