We store "master" prompts for all of the assistants in our squads in a database and we have a basic admin interface for updating the prompts. This allows us to update a prompt and then send out a patch rq which updates all of the assistants we've configured to use that prompt - same applies for other settings. We also have a single transient Make scenario used across all of our clients that inserts company specific dynamic variables based on the assistant phone number being called. We have a lot of variables set up in that scenario so updating one variable effectively updates across all of our client’s assistants. Feel free to hmu if you'd like some more info.
