Assistant malfunctioning - repeating steps, not li...

I don't really like to post here unless I am at a total loss - but here we are. - Transient assistant via the api, static assistants via the interface... they keep failing to proceed, sometimes they will repeat them self endlessly in a loop. - in a DIFFERENT vapi account (my one, not my clients) this works fine. - the audi0 recording is all broken when listening to it in the interface, its not as it was when speaking with it. - call Id as an example: 666c7bb0-cd53-4420-a931-e58def4577d9 - it appears more affected on the inbound number rather than a web call, although a web call yesterday was having the issue. -
here is an example from the recording, its all disjointed - but this is not the way it works during the call: call ID: 8f9ef215-c36f-45fb-a028-6a7169042296 recording from vapi: https://storage.vapi.ai/8f9ef215-c36f-45fb-a028-6a7169042296-1742259539258-077efb41-5f86-43a2-8060-4f786951ae4a-stereo.wav my audio of the actual call: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Ip0tfT7gie5NJf48B2uTDsgKTY-YiCgV/view you can see that both the calls are differnt, ill assume there is something fundamentally wrong here...
As a side note I have tested this in a different Vapi account - same exact transient config - it works fine??? My personal account works, my clients account doesn't - I send an assistant request and then build a transient? I call the number in the personal account (this number has a server url which points to where it get the transient - both the same url in both accounts). @User
- works fine with another account, but my clients production one - just keeps asking repeated questions - so frustrating when i need to make urgent changes.

@~Stu~ CoreAspect.Agency @Vinwcent Hey guys, quick update for you both. The issue is on our end, and we have updated the team about it. This issue will be fixed/resolved by the end of day. Try to make calls after some time, and for sure you won't be having this issue again.
Quick update. This issue originated from Twilio's side, causing a mix-up between LLM output and user audio. Please make 2-3 more test calls, and Let me know how it goes for you.
