Thanks for the reply! Yeah not really fussed about the cost, happy to pay more for accuracy. However the issue is that for anyone with shorter voicemails, or no voicemail message at all, the agent is leaving messages anyway (even though we haven't defined one) It's triggering the conversation with FirstMessage value. But then on the flipside (maybe I'm imagining it), I feel like there are delays in the first interaction after the FirstMessage from the agent.
