Hey, you cannot upload directly your CSV file to VAPI knowledge base. Instead, you can upload a docx file (PDF or text file). I'll suggest either using a text file or converting your CSV file to a PDF file and then uploading it. Using Query tool base KB, you can use your PDF/Txt-CSV file as a knowledge base pretty much easily. You just need to upload and then reference them within your assistant, and they will be used.
