We are hoping to gain insight to help improve our Assistant's performance for a large Leagues Club. We are seeking which Models are best recommended for a Reception Assistant for the below priorities and tasking as we are currently experience inconsistency and glitching in performance.
With this insight, we'll be able to test other recommended models against what we are currently using to find the best solution.
Here are our priorities / tasks for this Reception Assistant:
- Identifying and handling multiple Call Transfers and Email Notifications (total estimated at 15 scenarios)
- Identify and organise Call Backs (taking customers details and senidng email notification)
- Be conversational as much as possible and sound human
- Handle a detailed KB, as customers ask a range of FAQs e.g opening hours, dining hours for multiple restaurants/cafes, dress code, gaming etc
We are currently using OpenAI gpt 4o with Deepgram Nova 3 although having continuous performance issues including:
- Call transfer not being triggered
- Email notification for callbacks not being sent
- delay in responses & confusion in conversations
- random hang ups
