The assistant is set up with a number purchased from Vapi. Most of the time, it works, but during testing, there were instances where calling the number resulted in no response. Additionally, these inbound calls do not appear in any logs. Number ID 2b47cfd0-dc8c-4a74-b900-69bf7222cae1 This issue occurred during a demo when my customer was testing the assistant. He made four calls to try different scenarios, and everything worked. Immediately after, he attempted four more calls to test additional scenarios, but nothing happened. No response, and no logs were recorded. What can be the solution?

Hey Andres, I just looked into the call logs for your phone number, and actually made a phone call on this phone number ID shared, and it's working. So I'll suggest you try making two to three test calls and then let me know how it goes for you.

Hi! Thanks. Yes, it is mostly working. And I haven't got this error by myself. I was on Zoom call at the same time client was testing. 4 calls went through and then, he tried to call again 4 times and didn't even start "calling". Also, I don't see any logs for these 4 calls.

It might be possible that it was one of the chances where calls couldn't connect due to network issues or some other issue. If it happens again, please let me know.
