The assistant is set up with a number purchased from Vapi. Most of the time, it works, but during testing, there were instances where calling the number resulted in no response. Additionally, these inbound calls do not appear in any logs.

This issue occurred during a demo when my customer was testing the assistant. He made four calls to try different scenarios, and everything worked. Immediately after, he attempted four more calls to test additional scenarios, but nothing happened. No response, and no logs were recorded.
What can be the solution?
