11labs seems to support it (try: https://elevenlabs.io/speech-to-text/georgian), but VAPI doesn't have it in dropdown. Try requesting through https://vapi.canny.io/feature-requests Maybe create a ticket in #1211483291191083018 with a link to your ticket
