I have my make.com url in the messaging webhook as I want it to send the end-of-call result this way I can update the contact ID. I notice when I make a call the webhook is persistant and sending me 100's of notifications. Is this because I have transcript being passed as well? Should I only pass end-of-call report this way I don't get overwhelemed and can wait for the end of call
