Thanks Julio, I can see if that were a simple one-time phrase. But I need to translate human sayings into dates. There are about 30 variations of this for example "this weekend", "next weekend", "next Tuesday" ... my experience is that the main prompt starts to get really confused when I have long prompts trying to handle such simple statements that a human would say. The best solution i've found to date is to simply tell the agent what "next tuesday" means and then it's right every time --- as long as she can see the data. [Primarily because I don't want to waste tons of resources/bandwidth on answers that are the same for every call in a 24 hour period]. Another note is that my number is nationwide so the timezone itself is challenge.
