I am getting the error that the request was over 750ms and that it was aborted due to that. That has not happened before. My server is confirming that the documents are being sent and that processing times are faster than 750ms. I am using trieve for my provider. Did something change? How do i work around this? reference call id: 97fd4ee2-a029-413e-a6eb-d5560d551cf5 transient assistant was used @Shubham Bajaj @Vapi https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1352449824217370624/1352449824867221634/image.png?ex=67de0e8d&is=67dcbd0d&hm=ccaf2a2452023092bca322af6aca3fd2437433170baf4d214b59c5d2be5bbcba& https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1352449824217370624/1352449825165148261/image.png?ex=67de0e8d&is=67dcbd0d&hm=2249cb464bc07fb054019413216a24f4f8e612b0bdcc748eb1d9dcb3113c47ce&

Are you bringing your own Trieve?
s
Yessir - we had a few chats in the trieve discord a while back 😉
n
Very weird. We may have just had a random latency spike. Is this still happening to you?
s
I don’t think it’s trieve man, I think vapi is just glitching out to be honest. Let me take a peak and see what we’re working with. The latency in the logs shown on my end is from the time vapi’s request is received to the moment the chunks are sent to vapi. I can get exact timing in trieve but I imagine if I measured trieve by its self it would be much faster than the times shown above
I’m not sure why there’s a 750ms timeout on vapi’s end anyways. Just let the process happen
n
That is most likely it. Our latency is almost always <250ms
s
Yeah I haven’t had any issues with trieve at all, I don’t think the request takes longer than 750ms is I guess my point to vapi - I think it’s abort is triggering regardless of how fast I get it there
Hello? @Shubham Bajaj @Mason

I have been reporting the same thing for 4 days without receiving a response. Support is too slow and customers ask for speed.
@Sahil @Shubham Bajaj

@georg Yeah this is kind of upsetting, I got in touch about enterprise and get terrible assistance with that, and have a university and several other large scale clients I am trying to put a solution together for, and continue to run into issues with support. Hard not to get frusterated
@Sahil Please help my friend

@SlaviSavanovic looking into it...
@SlaviSavanovic check your DM, I have shared latency screenshot with you.
For everyone's information, his knowledge base is taking more than 750ms to respond, which was visible in the logs. I have shared the log screenshot with all the complete details with him as it includes personal info which shouldn't be shared in public, so I have shared with him in DM.
@SlaviSavanovic @georg I sincerely apologize for missing your ticket. Our new ticketing system had a sorting issue that caused your request to be repeatedly overlooked. I'm now focused on resolving your knowledge base issue.

Was able to sort out some latency improvements in DM as well ✅

Yes - thank you so much for your time @Nick K - CEO @ Trieve

This still doesn't work, please check this. @Shubham Bajaj

Could you share the call ID so I could take a look at what could have been going wrong for you?
