First, assign a server URL to your phone number. Then remove any assistant ID or Squad ID assigned to it. After that, VAPI will send a server request of type Assistant Request to your server URL asking for the assistant to be used. At this time, you can decide whether you want to assign it to an assistant or transfer it to a real human as per your conditional logic on your server.
