@Shubham Bajaj Can you or anyone provide me with a sample phone call recording (with no personal data) for testing purposes? or any VAPI based testing platform where I can call and get call recording file. I want to check the audio quality. Currently, I am using Retell AI with a Custom LLM, but the voice quality of user over the phone is very poor (while web call quality is good), which is causing transcription errors. I am considering switching to VAPI but want to compare the quality and explore the possibility of Custom LLM integration.
