Its been an issue with Voice AI systems for a long time now, but wondering if anybody has found a good way to overcome it. Capturing email addresses. How are you guys doing it, if at all? Repeating back often doesnt work great with voice models either, it says it way too fast, and users and AIs end up just constantly interupting each other
