Hello all, I am getting the following error message when clicking on the Assistants menu from the VAPI dashboard. The other menus do work. I have created several assistants and the menu was working till yesterday. I have connected a phone number to one of the assistants and am able to dial in and the assistant is responding on the phone. But I am unable to make any changes - as I am not able to open the Assitant menu. PLease let me know how to resolve this. Thanks Ron https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1353779967296536626/1353779967510708224/VpaiProblem2.jpg?ex=67e2e558&is=67e193d8&hm=4d587c21cc3e114e2d997631ec74d8e1c754a3f55d0fc1d17eee96ebb6ead409&

Hi Ron! 👋 I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with the Assistants menu in your VAPI dashboard. While I don't have specific information about the exact "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'toLowerCase')" error, I can definitely help with some troubleshooting steps that might resolve this issue. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try: ## Browser-related fixes: * Clear your browser cache and cookies - This often resolves many dashboard issues * Try a different browser or incognito window - This can help determine if it's browser-specific * Disable browser extensions - Extensions might interfere with the dashboard functionality * Ensure your browser is up to date - Outdated browsers can cause compatibility issues ## Check your setup: * Verify your internet connection is stable * Check if there are any pending OS updates that might affect browser performance ## Other potential solutions: * Try creating a new sub-account and assistant - Some users have reported this as a workaround for dashboard issues according to [information I found](https://discord.com/channels/1211482211119796234/1211483291191083018/threads/1265637856383078461) * Use your browser's developer tools to inspect network activity when attempting to open the Assistants menu - This might provide more insight into what's going wrong If none of these steps work, I'd recommend contacting VAPI support with details about the error. You can: * Email support at [support@vapi.ai](support@vapi.ai) * Submit a bug report at https://roadmap.vapi.ai/bug-reports * Check the service status at https://status.vapi.ai/ to see if there are any known issues When contacting support, be sure to include: * Your organization ID * Screenshots of the error * Steps you've taken to try to resolve it * When the issue started occurring Is there anything specific from these suggestions you'd like me to elaborate on? I understand how frustrating this can be, especially since you need to make changes to your assistants. Given the specific nature of this error and that it was working just yesterday, I've gone ahead and escalated your issue to our technical support team for more specialized assistance. While you wait for their response, you might still try the troubleshooting steps I mentioned, particularly creating a new sub-account and assistant as this has helped other users with similar dashboard issues. The support team will have more tools to investigate what's happening with your specific account and may be able to identify if this is related to any recent changes in the VAPI platform. They'll reach out to you directly to help resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Is there anything else about your setup or when the issue started that might be helpful for the support team to know?

Ok, thanks. How do I create a new sub-account?

Here on you need to change your organization channel from daily to weekly. That way, you won't receive daily updates and features. When I say organization channel, I mean we have two kinds of updates for an org or in an account: 1. Daily 2. Weekly Daily is where we push daily features, and you receive them daily (it's a kind of a beta thing you can call it). Weekly gets pushed when things are mature and tested out. The error you're observing is because you're on daily org channel, and some new change has been pushed which is resulting into some errors which resulted into some issues. Changing the channel will fix it for you.
