Is it possible to add a dynamic first message for an incoming call? Like whenever a call is received, I can check the name based on the phone number which called, from the database. firstMessage: `Hello there {{callerName}} , how can i help you today? I'm aware of Dynamic variables, but I can only see how they can work for Outbound calls, not for inbound ones.
