Pricing infos vanished?

Hi there, where are the pricing, plans and tiers infos gone? I can´t find any of them anymore. A few days ago, there was at least the constructed, estimated minute pricing in the dashboard. Thanks in advance!

Hi there! 👋 I understand you're looking for pricing information that seems to have disappeared from the dashboard. While I can't tell you exactly why this information is no longer visible where you previously saw it, I can help with what pricing information is available and where you might find it now. According to the information I found, Vapi's dashboard previously provided static cost projections on a per-assistant basis, and a breakdown of cost per call could be viewed at [dashboard.vapi.ai/calls](https://dashboard.vapi.ai/calls). There have been several updates to the billing page between October 2024 and December 2024, which might explain the changes you're seeing. For Vapi's current pricing structure: - Vapi charges a platform fee of $0.05 per minute (prorated per second) - Additional costs for transcriber, model, voice, and telephony are charged at cost - Every new account receives $10 in free credits - Phone numbers are billed at $2 per month - Enterprise plans are available for high-volume users with features like unlimited concurrency, higher rate limits, and dedicated support You might want to check the separate pricing page at
/pricing
which is mentioned in several documentation sources, or look at the billing page at [dashboard.vapi.ai/org/billing](https://dashboard.vapi.ai/org/billing) which has been updated to display payment information. Is there anything specific about Vapi's pricing that you're trying to find? Sources: - [Vapi Pricing Information](https://docs.vapi.ai/pricing) - [Vapi Dashboard Cost Breakdown](https://docs.vapi.ai/billing/estimating-costs) - [Vapi Billing Page Updates](https://docs.vapi.ai/changelog/2024/10/9) - [Vapi Enterprise Plans](https://docs.vapi.ai/enterprise/plans)

Hey, we recently launched a new plan called VAPI Free Minutes Plan under which we give you 1000 minutes per month. By default, all your accounts and organizations created will fall under this plan. Because of this plan, you can't see the approximate cost as well as the actual cost. In case you require help with getting the call cost for your product launch, do share the call ID. I will let you know

Thank you, you mean the call.id for any past call that uses an assistant with a particular components (and therefore price-defining) config? Are you a human?
p
yes i am human, and to check the call costs you need to share call ID with me.
t
Oh, saw it just now. Thanks, Shubham!
