@Tr4Ks_ITA I am not using hubspot, but I have built an automation, that gets the call transcript, and categorizes it into dispositions (In my case its a call back request, not interested, voicemail / no answer) Based on that the automation moves the leads in my pipeline, which then triggers another automation For example if its a callback, the automation will retry calling tomorrow same time (Currently building it so the automation actually calls the lead at the requested callback time) Same with no answers, the system will call them daily for 7 days if they dont pick up
