I am seeing similar issues. Is there an answer / solution to this? Keen to find a simple solution to integrate accurately with other apps so conversations / data captured via VAPI agents we can push it to other apps / services. I seem to be struggling with this of late; my agents seem to be less reliable with their tool calling.
