Does anyone know if there is a way to personalise the Tools> Transfer Plan> Transfer mode: Warm Transfer with Message> Message to operator?? I want it to say something like "This is Blah Blah AI, I have {{name}} on the phone for you. Transferring now." I have an override {{name}} variable set up and the assistant works with this nicely, but it doesn't pick the name variable up when sending the Message to operator. It says bracket, bracket, name bracket bracket. Thoughts?
