Interesting use-case @mg. Just curios, what methods did you use to bring down the cost ? We've solved for similar use-cases in the medical industry as well as real-estate industry, but did not have the overhead to fetch from shopify, which is a pain. P.S., i've built complete user-journeys on whatsapp for shopify brands. Would love to discuss how your solution can be integrated into those user-journeys.
